Gucci Jordans – I Finally Found Them!
So there I was hanging out with my friends down at our local park about two months ago, when suddenly low and behold, some jogger stops to take a break at the same fountain that were all sitting around. This wasn't no regular jogger though, because he was wearing the most awesome pair of sneakers that I have ever seen in my life. Air Jordans that were made with Gucci logo fabric!
It Didn't Bode Well For My Quest For the Ultimate Gucci Jordan Designer Sneaker
Well, as soon as I got home I got on the phone and called the sport/running shoe outlet at the mall in the next town over. Wouldn't you know it? They've never even heard of any type of “Nike Air Jordan” shoe that had any type of “Gucci logo” in any way, shape or form on it. In fact they even told me that to their knowledge, Nike and Gucci had no business connection in any way!

They're Available Online – With a Catch!
Well I know what I saw and I definitely wanted a pair, so I got on the Internet to do some investigating of my own. Low and behold, it turns out that there's a good selection of Air Jordan sport/running shoes that do have Gucci logo fabric incorporated into them but theres a catch. They're all made in China and none of them are licensed by Gucci, Niki or Michael Jordan.
Are They Or Aren't They Knock Offs? - Thats a Good Question!
Technically they aren't even knock offs per se, because a knock off by definition is a “recreation” of an “existing product”. These shoes are something new and different that was just meant to be! A design that some crazy Chinese shoe pirate cooked up. What a great world we all live in! Also whats even better is that the Gucci Jordans that I finally had shipped over cost about 60% of what a regular pair of Air Jordans cost locally!
